Role Overview
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across the full product stacksmart contracts, APIs, frontends, and internal tools. Youll help shape the future of decentralized finance by building composable DeFi products that deliver elegant, intuitive Web3 experiences.
This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and involves close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive multiple product initiatives from concept to launch and beyond
- Identify growth opportunities and prioritize features that expand market share
- Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the product development lifecycle
- Define success metrics and ensure accountability for delivery
- Stay ahead of DeFi trends and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years in product management or founder-level experience
- 2+ years in Web3, ideally within a DeFi protocol
- Based in the Americas (PST to AST time zones)
- Strong technical foundation (software engineering background preferred)
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and blockchain infrastructure
- Familiarity with smart contract development
- Strong eye for frontend design and UX
- Excellent communication skillstechnical and non-technical
- Fluent in English; multilingual backgrounds welcome
