Job Description:

About the Role

Software engineering is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Modern AI tools can already accelerate small tasks, but the real opportunity lies in rethinking how teams build, ship, and maintain mission‑critical systems in an AI‑native way.

We are seeking an exceptional Applied AI Engineer to define what world‑class AI‑augmented engineering looks like inside a high‑performance, safety‑critical environment. You will work directly with our engineering team to design the workflows, infrastructure, and tooling that enable engineers to operate at 10× efficiency, while maintaining the reliability standards required in institutional‑grade systems.

This is a hands‑on engineering role embedded deeply within the product and platform teams.

Why Join Us

We are building next‑generation financial infrastructure—faster, safer, and fully on‑chain. Backed by leading investors, we are assembling a team of top engineers from both traditional finance and cutting‑edge blockchain ecosystems.

Joining early means you will influence not only what we build, but how we build it.

What You Will Do

Your mission is to elevate the entire organizations engineering output by embedding AI into every layer of how we design, build, and operate software.

Key Responsibilities

Accelerate engineering velocity with AI

Define and evolve how AI is used across mission‑critical systems. Continuously evaluate new models, tools, and workflows to determine what is production‑ready.

Contribute production‑quality code

This is a real engineering role. You will ship meaningful features and infrastructure, using AI to amplify your own output and validate the workflows you design.

Shape AI‑powered product features

Partner with product and engineering to ideate, prototype, and structure AI‑driven capabilities within our core platform.

Systematize AI usage across the team

Build the processes, guardrails, and orchestration layers that enable engineers to effectively manage teams of AI agents with consistent quality.

Stay ahead of the frontier

Experiment aggressively with new models and techniques. Share learnings, drive adoption, and serve as the internal expert on applied AI engineering.

Who You Are

You are a strong engineer first—someone who has shipped and owned real systems in production—and you are deeply obsessed with what AI makes possible.

You are likely:

- Are a senior or mid‑senior engineer with strong system‑design instincts.

- Code daily and actively explores new AI tools, workflows, and agentic systems.

- Enjoy unblocking others and improving team‑wide efficiency.

- Thrive in ambiguity and can translate big ideas into production‑ready systems.

- Have open‑source contributions, side projects, or public experimentation with AI tools.

- Treat AI infrastructure as a production system, deploying custom agent configs, CI/CD, orchestration layers, and remote execution environments.

This role is NOT a fit if you want:

- Pure AI research or model training.

- Short‑term advisory or framework‑only work.

- Automation disconnected from real production engineering.

- A people‑management role (youll be leading AI agents, not humans).

- Fully remote work (this role is intentionally collaborative and in‑person).
